Figura backend instance

This is my self-hosted Figura backend instance!
This runs on The Sculptor, a hand-made backend that mimic's Figura's official backend at figura.moonlight-devs.org.

How to use

My instance is hosted at figura.eir-nya.gay.

When using Figura, go to your settings, and change "Figura Cloud IP" to figura.eir-nya.gay in the "Dev" section, like so:

What does it do?

Instead of connecting to the global Figura backend, you can connect to mine. This has a few pros and cons:

Why?

The Figura team has absolute control over the global Figura instance, including all avatars, player bans, badges, and avatar max size. My main concern here is player bans, which prevent players from using any avatars around others, and, as of time of writing, are permanent. They enforce this for moderation, the idea being they can easily stop bad actors using NSFW avatars in servers with minors. Currently, this operates on a report system, and the team isn't actively scanning through uploaded avatar data, although they could if they wanted to.

Figura avatar creators like myself sometimes make NSFW avatars. These are allowed as long as they're done outside of their Discord server. I run my instance in the hopes that consenting adult clients may use such avatars freely in their own groups.

I'm not a moderator, and I won't pretend to be. Just use common sense and ask people in your group for consent, alright?
